Sauté pans and skillets carrying baked-on fond clean in a single CE-UWL cycle: over/under spray arms hit both the cooking face and the underside at 68–70 °C, then an 85 °C rinse sanitizes.

Size compatibility

Standard commercial sauté pans and skillets load flat or angled on the rack. Long handles sit within the chamber.

Soil profile & cycle

Fond and oil polymer soften under heat and detergent; both faces are sprayed simultaneously.
